What a day!  Yesterday was graduation day, and it was great.  I just wanted to take a little time to thank everyone who came to see me walk and attended the party afterwards.

I also wanted to give out a few other special thank yous:

First, to my wife and kiddos.  I could not have done this without your love and support.  I know there were times where I was less than desirable company and not fun to live with.  The fact that I’m not buried deep somewhere in a wheat field speaks volumes of your patience and understanding.  It was you guys who got me through the most difficult times, and this degree is as much yours as it is mine.

To KK and Sissy, you guys have always been there when I needed you and helped without hesitation.  Thank you so much for your support through this, and for throwing me the best party I’ve ever had.  Surrounded by friends and family, you helped make it one of the most special days in my life.

To the KC crew, thank you for your continued support and advice not only for the last three and a half years, but well beyond.  Many of the things I and my family have accomplished could not have been done without you.

To the guys, our Friday night decompression sessions kept me sane, and might have helped keep me out of a wheat field.  Thanks for help keeping me on track and well fed, and I can’t wait to see you guys walk as well.

To the Hobbit, thanks for getting me through Nubby’s hell and keeping me laughing.  I’m not sure it would have been bearable otherwise.

To anyone I haven’t listed, I thank you as well.  There are so many people that have helped along the way that I simply can’t list you all.  Do know that I appreciate every one of you.
