It’s been a while since I posted, worked out regularly and eaten correctly. I am remedying that.

So I’ve gotten back into kickboxing, and it’s kicking my butt. I did come home and lay upon my carpeted bedroom floor again tonight with all the strength of a newborn baby left in my body, but the urge to puke wasn’t as great today. I think not loading up on smoked brisket before the workout helped.
Now passing out — wanted to do that several times tonight.
I’m eating better now as well. Back on my regular eating habits after a month of awful eating. I see and feel it and hopefully I will remember this the next time I think I need to go off the rails again.
